Article 1 - Completeness and Scope

1.1 These General Conditions of Sale apply to all services concluded by INX Reality, represented by I.R.L Sàrl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), to customers, under the conditions below:

2. Purchase of gift cards

2.1 Gift cards can be purchased on our website or on site in our premises at Rue de la Vauche 6, 2800 Delémont.

2.2 The credit does not generate interest.

2.3 The gift card is bearer and transferable. It should therefore be treated as cash. INX Reality declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the card and does not replace it.

2.4 Trading in INX Reality gift cards is prohibited.

2.5 The purchased gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Pay with a gift card

3.1 The customer must present the gift card at the entrance as soon as he arrives.

3.2 The balance shown on the gift card can be used for full or partial payments. The full amount or the balance cannot be converted to cash. The exchange of payment methods is prohibited, i.e. the use of the gift card for the purchase of other gift cards is not possible.

3.3 The balance of your gift card expires 1 year (12 months) after the date of purchase or reloading.

45 Amendments and additions

INX Reality reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time. The current version is published on the INX Reality website and is deemed accepted by the participants as soon as it is put online. In the event of confusion and / or contradiction between the German, French and / or English version of the General Conditions, the French text shall prevail.
